For Leather or Midsole/Outsole Surfaces:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly.

2. Apply Moscow Leather Preparer & Deglazer with cotton or a cloth to open the leather pores for better adhesion.

3. Once the surface feels slightly dry or matte, apply thin, even layers of Moscow Neon Leather Paint (2–3 coats recommended).

4. Let it dry naturally, or use a hair dryer or heat gun for faster results.

5. (Optional) Apply Moscow Finisher — a clear protective top coat (1–2 thin layers) to guard your artwork against scratches and wear.

Drying time: Touch-dry in 10 minutes, solid dry in 12 hours, fully cured in 7 days.
